I hit my weight goal and want to set a new one on my Charge 6. It does not bring up the screen for a new goal but returns to set goal screen. Because I haven't set a new goal, I am unable to log my weight. Anyone have ideas on how to set a new goal?

@Tinamiller35 I apologize if I misread your post. If you have a Fitbit account tap on your gear icon. If you have a Google account, tap on your profile picture > Fitbit settings. Tap on Nutrition & weight in the Preferences section. Tap on Food, then follow the directions to set up a food plan. You have four calorie deficit options from -250 cal in/day to -1000 cal in/day. Your weight goal date is determined by your food plan.
If you are trying to set a goal date, then have your food plan determine your deficit, then I'm sorry, but it doesn't work that way.

I am trying to set my weight goal date. There is no food plan tile or a get started option once I put in my goal weight. How do I set the date?

That does not work. Everything is blank and there’s only deletion options. It’s so frustrating. I don’t mind updates, but this is starting to get old

We don’t want a gold day. We just want to set a new way goal and a new fat percentage goal. I have a charge six of course the whole top of the screen goes blank. When you try to do anything we’ve done all their suggestions rebooting and booting updating starting the phone. Everything‘s immaculate cleaned and charged. I don’t understand why it has to be so hard. It used to be so easy. I know updates are necessary, but this is ridiculous. It’s been over almost a year of not getting sleep scores not being able to do things sorry about my ramp, but I’m so frustrated. It’s a simple thing. You should be able to hit on your way goal and change it.

@KATWILL63 My post was correct on the day I wrote it. Fitbit, in its infinite wisdom, updated the app. Please tap on the You icon on the bottom right of your app, then scroll down to Goals. Tap on Health to get to those goals without more scrolling.
