Did you mean:

Charge 6 will go to "Do you want to stop exercise?

I track my runs with my fitbit and my phone at the same time. The other day when my phone announced my first mile was done, I went to check my fitbit Charge 6 and it was on the screen "Do you want to stop the exercise?" with yes and no buttons. Idk what caused it, I clicked "no" but it says I was only at0.68 of a mile! Frustrating!

I thought maybe I pressed the side button by accident with my wrist and that did something? So today I was really **ahem** about keeping it higher, away from my wrist, all was well but AGAIN when my phone announced 1 mile, my fitbit was on that screen again and when I clicked "no" was only at 0.75 of a mile. I then tried to manipulate my fitbit and press the side to get it to show that screen again but I couldn't.

Any advice?

@kinopmi This sounds like the Auto Stop feature. On your watch, tap on your Run/Walk/Hike exercise and then scroll down to "Auto Stop" and turn it off. That should stop the notification you're receiving.
