Charge 6 will not notify me no matter what i change.

Hello, i have the charge 6 and it is paired with my Iphone 15 Pro Max, I i have read all trouble shooting ideas and still this thing will not work.  Junk if you ask me, i have had every charge made and never this problem, Garmin works just fine with it as do any other bluetooth item.  How do i get this thing exchanged?  I am running 17.5.1 IOS.

If you purchased the Charge 6 from the Google store, here's the link for Support (<-- click link) to start the return process. Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call.
