I can get as far as the phone app asking me for the pairing code from the Charge 6 and I get a pairing code from the Charge 6. I can enter the code on the phone app screen, but after that nothing happens. The Charge 6 does not show up as a Bluetooth device on my Samsung S10e. I am going to revert to my Charge 5 unless I can get the Charge 6 to work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Charge 6. Sorry to know the inconvenience.
If you are using the same phone to pair both devices, I'd like to know if you unpaired the Charge 5 from the phone Bluetooth before try to pair the new Charge 6, since having the previous tracker still connected would avoid to pair the Charge 6.

Yes, I totally removed the Charge5. After my experience not being able to successfully connect with the charge6, I reinstalled the Charge 5 which is again working fine.
