Charge 6 will not show text messages

Can someone tell me how to get my charge 6 to show my actual text message?  I get a notification that I have a text. It says tap to open. When I tap it, it automatically goes back to my home screen.

My text messages on my Charge 6 have stopped altogether. Out the blue, it just stopped. All notifications are turned on but still nothing.

Same for me!  I haven't gotten texts in days. Now I can't sync it.  I've only had this one for a couple of months and am really missing my Charge 4.

@AngieMac Mine has never worked.

@mamateach  Mine is only 2 months old and the text feature has NEVER worked.  So frustrating.
