My new charge 6 stopped syncing with the app today. Will not sync and just gets error message.

Well, now it looks like it is syncing, but takes several minutes instead of seconds, and does not sync all the data (step and activity counts are way off). I updated the app to the newest version, and that does not help.
Never had a sync issue with my old Charge, but the Charge 6 has been a nightmare.
