For the last couple of days I realized that every time I put my Fitbit on charge its not vibrating or showing the charging screen. At first I didn't really notice anything crazy but then when I opened the app I realized it hasn't been synced for 3 days. 

I tried everything I saw on posts and so on to fix this but it doesn't work. I've only had this since April, any advice?

I just started having this same problem with my charge 6! Won’t charge and won’t sync no matter what I do. Wiped off the charging surface, restarted both the Fitbit and my phone, updated the app, disconnected from Bluetooth and now my phone can’t find it again to reconnect. I just got mine in May! Before this my Fitbit charge 5 lasted for two years. I’d really rather not have to replace it already.

 

EDIT: Just found this thread and it worked for the charging issue! After that I was able to reconnect the device through the app. I don’t remember if this cable is from my charge 5 or 6 but hopefully yours also has this feature.
