Charge 6 won't charge

I had my Charge 5 on Boxing Day. When charging it showing the charging icon but the percentage does not move from 10% where it started from hours earlier

Hi, @Fb24 welcome to the community, you may find Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center of interest. In my experience it's important to make sure the contacts on the back of your Charge 5 are clean, I use rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) but warm soapy water will suffice. Also, check the two little pins on the cable puck are located correctly & equally proud & free (they are spring-loaded)
