Charge 6 won't connect with my account

Got a charge 6 today. Tried to connect with my pixel 7a. Thinking that because they are all Google products it would be seamless. Asking me to log in to Google account every time and when I do it tells me my account is associated with charge 3 which I have disconnected. Will return and look for charge 5 instead. All the Google app connectivity seems not to be worth it. Really disappointed.

Thank you for providing the details regarding this situation with Charge 6. Sorry to know the difficulty.

I'd suggest you sign in with Fitbit and enter your email and password.

Once you get the Charge 6 connected to your account, you can migrate to Google as indicated here: What should I know about moving Fitbit to my Google Account?
