Charge 6 won't detect its on my wrist

Got the Fitbit charge 6 yesterday.  It doesn't know it's on my wrist, therefore it doesn't track anything but steps.  I've  tried everything I could find to do when the Charge 5 had this problem but hasn't helped. May have to return it for a more reliable tracker.

Thanks for the details and I'm sorry for this situation. So I can look into this, may I know if the issue is with your Charge 6 not detecting your heart rate? Or is all your information with the exception of your steps not recorded?

If you haven't done so, please try restarting your tracker as this will refresh its performance. Then, sync with the Fitbit app and check if your information gets updated this time.

I am having the same problem. No heart rate, sleep data or oxygen levels.  Restarted three times without it helping.
