Charge 6 won't display heart rate

Sorry to see you're having issues with your Charge 6.

Do you see a green light on the back of your device? That's the heart rate sensor. To check, place your finger across the back of the device. You should see the green light when you lift your finger.

If you don't see a green light, check to make sure that Heart Rate is turned on:

• Swipe down from the clock face on the Charge 6 to get to the Settings tile and tap on it
• Swipe up and find Heart Rate. Tap to turn it on/off
