Charge 6 won't save the walk I added manually

Hi, I've had my charge 6 for about a year. Recently it stopped tracking my walks. When I add them manually, it won't save. I've restarted the tracker multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the things that are usually recommended. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hello @dscsmbhh

There's an issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to manually add workouts and edit completed workouts. This issue has been going on for quite awhile and has been frustrating for many of us.

The team is aware of the issue & has been working on fixing the problem. However, we haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the problem is on the Fitbit side.

What you can do is report the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

Although it's likely that you won't get a response, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.
