My Fitbit charge 6 won't show any notifications,

Hello @Annmarie_1975 

See page 26 of the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link) for instructions on getting notifications from your phone on your Charge 6. If you need troubleshooting steps, click on the related help article on the same page. Hopefully, this gets you set up properly to get the notifications.
