Charge 6 won’t sync - did all troubleshooting but nothing worked

Fitbit Charge 6 will not sync, the app shows 0 data for today. I followed all the troubleshooting advice, nothing works. Has anyone found a fix for this?

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Charge 6 is not syncing and for all your efforts.

Have you already checked if the Fitbit app can be updated?

Please restart your Charge 6 too:

  • Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
  • Tap the Settings app and then Restart Device and then Restart.

I've been having the same issue since I was offered a new update a few days ago.

Restarting phone/watch doesn't work. Turning Bluetooth off and on again doesn't work. Reinstalling the app doesn't work.

The only thing that works is resetting the watch, but after a few hours it's not being discovered again.

App and watch are on the latest update.
