Charge 6 won't sync floors climbed

I have a one-week-old Charger6 that saves all my other workouts, but not my stair climbs. I have noticed that stair climbs are not being recorded. Could you please advise whether this is a problem with the device or a problem with the settings?

Hi @zeroya  the Charge 6 doesn't have the necessary altimeter to recognize flights of stairs. There's nothing wrong with your device or the settings. It simply can't do it. The Charge 4 is the last one of the series with the altimeter.
