I purchased the Fitbit charge 6 back in Dec and have never had so many issues with a Fitbit before it at least 2x a day it has to be synced and as of yesterday it’s not tracking data properly or at all. Data is incorrect or missing. When I walk and start the walk feature it doesn’t track. I woke up yesterday and by 9 am it said I walked over 9,000 miles. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit but now it won’t sync on my iPad at all and on my iPhone it still only has the basic data no sleep data , the gallery with the apps is missing. So far I’m not impressed with this one.

Welcome to the community forums, @Dcasc.
Thanks for sharing this information and the steps that you've tried so far. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you've had with your Charge 6. Our team constantly works on our products to improve them, and your feedback is appreciated as it'll help us to make that happen.
Regarding your inquiry, may I know if you tried syncing with your iPad and iPhone in the same room? After the set up process, your Fitbit device will create a bond with the Bluetooth of the mobile device in use. However, having more than one device with the Bluetooth enabled will create interference and prevent your tracker from syncing with the Fitbit app.
I understand you've tried some steps, but please make sure to exhaust the ones described in this help article and monitor its behavior in the next few days.
