Charge 6 won’t sync

Charge 6 not synced for 4 days.

Tried removing Bluetooth and reconnecting.  Still won’t sync

Did the watch restart.  Still won’t sync.

Removed the App and reinstalled.  Still won’t sync.

As a last resort I removed the charge 6 from the App and tried to reinstall, but the wheel just goes around and won’t reinstall.

My watch is still updating but I am unable to see anything on the App.

where do I go from here?

Help required please?

See if you've got the watch listed under Bluetooth connections or paired, on any other Bluetooth devices you have.

If you do, remove it from all. When paired with another, can't be connected with by Fitbit.

Once you're clear of extras, now go to set up watch for Fitbit in the normal way (Pairing will be done automatically, or by asking you)

This situation is very easy to get into, if you have another Bluetooth advice or two like an iPad, presumably also iPhone, for example, which seem in my experience to auto-pair, which can for other purposes be a convenience.  It can happen with them any time in vicinity, but not of your primary device for Fitbit. Or that it is off/run out of battery, etc.. Yes, no fun....

Hello there @SwallowSusan, welcome back to the Fitbit Community. @narrlv Thanks a lot for your recommendations.

Thanks a lot for outlining the steps you have already done so far. I truly appreciate it! Let me tell you that the recommendations shared above are very accurate. It is pretty normal for your device to try to sync with both mobile devices if you have the app on both. Make sure that this is not the case and allow the device to sync with only one mobile device.

Besides that, I also suggest being a little patient with the update, since this can be done in the background.
