Have had the charge 6 for a couple months. Noticed an hour into my workout that it appeared to be dead, even though the last I had seen it was over 70%.
Went to go charge it anyway cuz why not, I could have mixed up the numbers. After connecting the charging cable, the screen came on and said 66% and charging. The charge 6 screen then just turned off like someone hit the power switch, even though it was still connected to the charger.
It's been completely unresponsive since, tried the different button resets, the button on charger cable, still nothing at all.
Would really appreciate some help, thanks

Hello @Ttum
Sorry to see that your Charge 6 is unresponsive.
Another recommended troubleshooting step to try is changing the clock face. Some users have been able to get their device "unstuck" when they changed the clock face. If you would like the steps on how to do this, this article has the information: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit? (<-- click link). You might need to try this a few times as it doesn't always work the first time.
If your Charge 6 still is unresponsive, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). Most likely, they will have you repeat the troubleshooting steps to confirm that your device is defective. If they confirm that it's defective, they should let you know what are you options under warranty.
