Charge 6 won't turn on

Hi my fitbit won't turn on ,I've charged it but it won't switch back on can anyone help, thanks

Hello @Suzy1985 

Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 6 using the charging cable that came with your device? That's usually the first troubleshooting step to try. If you would like instructions on how to do the restart, see page 53 in the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link)

Another recommended troubleshooting step is to try changing the clock face. Some users have been successful getting their device "unstuck" by changing the clock face. If this works for you, you can change back to the clock face you prefer. If you would like instructions on how to change the clock face, see page 24 in the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link, it's the same one as above) 

You might have to try both steps a few times. If your device still has an unresponsive screen, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) for further assistance.

Hi I've tried both ,It won't let me change the clock face , my watch won't
even connect to Bluetooth anymore.

Thanks for letting us know that you tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success. It sounds like the issues are getting worse. 

At this point, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) for further assistance.

@Suzy1985 Thanks for the details provided, as well as the troubleshooting steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry this happened to your Charge 6. I was going to contact our Support team on your behalf but it seems you already have a case created. I'm glad your case is in their hands and I'm sure they'll work on this until it's resolved, so please keep an open communication with them.
