Charge 6 won't update

When I get to the Update screen, the “Update” button doesn’t work. I try to click or touch it but it does nothing.

Hi there, @Marcoyanki. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this. 

As a first approach, please make sure your Fitbit device is charged and then try these steps:

  1. Turn your tracker off and on again using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your phone, and retry the update.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account on a different device, and retry the update.

Unfortunately it has not worked. I have followed the recommendations to the T without success.
Any other suggestions?
