Charge 6 - worn 1 week - no BR, SpO2, RHR, HRV

Recently upgraded to Charge 6 (bec the 5 is no longer available) and after wearing it a full week (day and night), I still have no data on my Breathing Rate, my Resting Heart Rate, my oxygen levels or my heart rate var. What gives??

Hello @NST23

That doesn't sound like normal operation for the Charge 6. Did your Charge 5 give you all your sleep data?

Are you having any issues with heart rate tracking? Do you see the green light on the back of your Charge 6? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for sleep data. To check the heart rate sensor, place your finger on the back of the Charge 6. You should see the green light when you lift your finger.

If you don't see the green light, the first thing to check is that Heart Rate is enabled on your Charge 6. Swipe down from the clock face until you see Heart Rate. It should be on by default. If not, tap on it to turn it on.

Hi, thanks for responding. My Charge 5 worked wonderfully, until it died about 20 months after purchase. Sleep data was very consistent, as were all my other metrics on my Charge 5.

My Charge 6 has recorded my sleep but not my heart rate, oxygen level or anything else. Bec it’s not tracking my heart rate, it’s also not tracking my zone minutes!

The green light on the back is on and I tried tapping the watch to activate my heart rate but nothing happens.

Hello @NST23

Since you're seeing issues with heart rate tracking even though you see the green light, you should contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. I recommend calling and talking to a support agent.
