Charge 6 wristband comes off constantly

The strap comes off constantly..for some reason it will not stay attached to the watch face.  How can h the is be fixed?

Can you verify that the latches on the watch face are pushed all the way in?

I got mine for Christmas and it got ripped off of my wrist and the plastic clasp broke that holds the band on. Whomp whomp. I'm hoping it can be fixed. Anyways, make sure the little plastic clips on the actual fit bit are in tact and your band shouldn't come off. Good luck
