I purchased a Fitbit Charge 6 on 18 Jan 2024. I had to exchange it because the band would constantly pop off and the device would fall to the floor. Guess what happened with the second device? The exact same thing! This was not my first Fitbit Charge device, so I know how the bands are supposed to connect. It is just poor quality workmanship. I will return the second device and be done with Fitbit. It is not worth the effort.
