Did you mean:

Charge ^ Heartrate Zones

I just go a Fitbit Charge 6 after upgrading from a Charge 5. My active minutes have plunged in the few days I have had the Charge 6.

The calories used are the same as with the Charge 5.

My resting HR is 58 BPM and according the Charge 6 I need to get to at least 97 BPM for Fat Burn.

This makes me guess that my other Fitbits adjusted the HR Zones to my HR but the Charge 6 acts as if I have the average HR for a 63 year old.

I don't know what to do!

First make sure your age didn't somehow get changed. Then,
If you still have your Charge 5, you should be able to switch back easily for a couple of days.  Note your RHR and BPM for heart rate zones with that, and compare to what they are on Charge 6.  And then you can switch back to Charge 6.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
