Charge will sync but won't show Cals or Steps page history

Steps and Cals just show blank pages when clicked into, Zone Min works fine. Any ideas? Thanks!

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some blank pages on your Fitbit App. 

This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. Our team is aware of this situation and looking for a fix. 

You may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the application again to see the desired results. It's worth a try.

There should be no loss of information as long as you sync your devices beforehand.

Please remember to:

  • Logout.
  • Uninstall.
  • Reinstall.
  • Login.

All your feedback is more than welcome and useful for our developers.
