Charge6 Failure on charging

I did not know where to leave this comment and experience, so I am posting it here. 

More than a month back my fitbit charge 6 suddenly failed to start while charging. It was still in warrenty and Fitbit agreed to replace it. I had to wait more than a month and finally it came. And now they have sent me just a new device without the straps or the charger. 

Unfortunately, I did not know I should not return my charger when I returned my device. There is no clear instruction in the email or or otherwise!

I thought the charger was at fault, and not the device itself! 

I am so dissapointed. Not only did my device suddenly fail on me, but I had to wait for more than a month (and longer now!) before I can use my device again.

I hope people read this message and no one else do my mistakes when returning an old device.
