So I upgraded from a Charge 3 to a Charge 6 in November 2023, & I've had nothing but problems with it. In my opinion the whole watch has taken a step or 10 back. I've struggled with charging it since the day I got it but the last 4 months it's gotten worse....tonight I've just spent 23 minutes trying to get it to charge (problem hasn't been this bad before but it had been bad). The 2 pins that touch the little plates have somehow damaged them so now it's like there's nothing they can conduct a charge through. I've not been rough with it kt anything, just attach it to the charger it came with. Is there anyway of getting a replacement under manufacturer's warranty? Or getting a different one & pay the difference? It's genuinely the worst £119 (on offer) I've ever spent...I'm aware it's almost 2 years old at this point, but the problems have been happening since day 1.

Hello @K-JR1991
I believe there's a 2 year warranty for Fitbit devices in the UK. So, I would think that you could get a replacement charging cable for the defective one that you have. This is the number that I have for Fitbit UK Support from an old post: 0800 069 8505
There are also 3rd party charging cables that you can get.
You might also want trying cleaning the contacts on your Charge 6 when you get your replacement charging cable. This help page (<-- click) has the instructions. FWIW, I've seen some users report that using an electric toothbrush was more effective than using a manual toothbrush.
