Hi @CcCharlotte.  Fitbit doesn't have any repair services.  You can contact Support for more help, especially if your Charge 6 is still under warranty.

Hi @CcCharlotte.  Fitbit doesn't have any repair services.  You can contact Support for more help, especially if your Charge 6 is still under warranty.
