Connect Charge 6 HR to Peloton App for live monitoring

Can anybody tell me how to successfully connect my Charge 6 to the Peloton app on my iPhone 14 so I can see my live heart rate for monitoring during the class? I have followed all of the instructions and still cannot get my Charge 6 to show up as an option to connect to in the Peloton app.

I toggle "HR On Equipment" to on, on the watch, go to the Peloton app, start a class, the watch asks if I want to share it with my iPhone 14, i select yes, then....nothing. I go "Connect Devices" in the Peloton class I am in, and it does not present the Charge 6 as an option to connect to. Just says, no devices found.

Would really appreciate the help. This is really the only reason I purchased a Charge 6. Thanks.

It's good to see you participating for the first time in the community @ForceMultiplier.

Thank you for taking the time to share with me the information regarding this difficulty with your Charge 6. Thank you for trying to connecting on your own.

Please, confirm that you have followed the steps listed below:

  1.  Make sure your Fitbit device is syncing with your account. For troubleshooting information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Unlink the app from your account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to Fitbit?
  3. Reconnect the app with your account. For instructions, see How do I connect Fitbit with another app?

If you have trouble syncing Fitbit with another app, contact the developer of Peloton app.

I’m having the same issue - nothing I do results in the Charge 6 showing as an option for tracking my heart rate during a class in the Peloton iPhone app. I also only bought this Fitbit, using a Peloton member promotional discount, in order to use it with the app (plus the discount required me to also purchase an unnecessary sport band so now I’m stuck with that as well). My Bluetooth is on, my Fitbit app is tracking activity, that activity is importing to Peloton, etc - but the Fitbit itself is not showing as a heart rate monitor in classes. Is there anything else to try? Otherwise I’ll be returning and going back to Apple Watch.
