Coordinating sleep reminders and steps

My steps seem to not be on a 24 hour schedule,  thru just keep going. This morning upon waking I had over 570 steps??? Also I got a wind down for bedtime at 12:01PM today. Also my watch only shows one screen now it says light 63

Hello @Snail57 and welcome to the Community.  Your post wound up in a forum for a child's device.  Can you share more details?  What model Fitbit do you use?  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  Is your screen frozen on the light 63?  That sounds like a heart rate display.
