Correct terminology

I'm enjoying my Charge 6 but I would prefer to have the correct abbreviation for speed: kilometres per hour should be km/h.   Keystrokes per hour (as in typing) would be kph.

Hello @Knightline and welcome to the Community.  I think this difference might come from common US notation and UK notation.  I notice that you wrote kilometres.  Common speed notation in the US is kph and mph.  As a US company, Fitbit uses common US notation.

Thank you for your prompt reply. As Fitbit is presumably international in
its distribution, I would expect the international scientific notation of
km/h to be used even in the US as you will notice if your cars have both
miles per hour and kilometres per hour on the speedometer. American
spelling, of course, is different from that used in the rest of the world
so I can understand that.
Perhaps you could offer the option in Setup to use international units just
as weight and temperature are, as I imagine common use in the US would not
include kgs or Centigrade.
Incidentally, my Garmin device uses the international km/h but maybe Garmin
is not American though American spelling is used as in 'meter' which in
English is a device for measuring.

Kind regards,

Donal

Thanks again for your prompt reply. The comment was meant for  fitbit  but I was unsure how to contact them.
