I no longer appear to be able to view my daily heart rate graph. I can only access my average daily heart rate by going through my weekly heart rate. Is there a solution to be able to see the daily graph again

Yes, me too. Since yesterday. Looks like the graph layout has been updated as well but has a glitch.

I'm starting to see other users reporting a similar issue, that they no longer see their daily heart rate graph in the Fitbit app.
If possible, can you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing in the Fitbit app when you open the Heart rate tile?
Also, please let us know if you are Android or iOS users and which version of the Fitbit app is on your phone/tablet.

Hello. Thanks for the response. Here is screenshot of the new daily heart rate graph. I am, of course, wearing a Fitbit Charge 6 all day. And historic daily graphs are also not appearing. Thanks.

Hello @SJx1
Thank you for sharing the screenshot. This will help when I submit the request to escalate the issue.

Hello @DRB23
Is the screenshot that @SJx1 shared what you're seeing in the iOS app? You don't see a daily heart rate graph when you open the Heart page from the Today tab? If so, can you please share that screenshot?

Please confirm that you see your real time heart rate on your Charge 6. Also, do you see a green light on the back of your device? That's the heart rate sensor. You can check it by placing your finger across the back. The green light should show when you lift your finger.
Also confirm that Heart rate is turned on in the Settings tile on the Charge 6.

Thank you.
Yes, I can see the real-time heart rate on the device and the green light on reverse is showing.
And the heart rate monitoring is turned on in Settings.
Best.

I thought I was the only one with this! The same problem, yesterday all the graphs and results disappeared! It doesn't show anything,
Although the green light is on the other side!

My chart stopped plotting at around noon EST today. A few minutes ago restarting phone and App didn't update the chart. Next I restarted the Fitbit and then do a Sync again and my Heart chart is now shown up to the current time today. The issue should still be investigated as to why it happened.
It seems somewhat similar to the situation I have with my Sleep Data not syncing in the morning where I need to do restarts. My app is on Android 15. I'm still doing testing on my problem with this to figure out why restarts needed each morning.

Thanks. Sadly restarting phone and app and syncing hasn’t helped bring back today’s or any historic daily data.

Hello Fitbit Moderator,
I have the same problem:no data within the daily data on the heart frequenxy page ;real time heart rate is running; weekly Average data are shown; monthly average data are shown,3 month average are shown, yearly are shown, daily are not shown.
IOS Phone 15 ;App-Version 4.30; Charge Version: 66.20001.210.26

An update. It's 9 hours later now since I restart the phone and also restarted my Charge 6. No issues this morning with the Heart chart.
No restarts needed this morning either compared to previous days to get my sleep chart even though I kept my phone 50 feet away from my bed. The Sync is behaving as it should this time. Will have to see what happens during the day with the Sync.
