Daily Heart rate graph shows "No Data"

I no longer appear to be able to view my daily heart rate graph. I can only access my average daily heart rate by going through my weekly heart rate. Is there a solution to be able to see the daily graph again

I have been having this issue for several months and it still isn't resolved.  It seems that there is no further update since this 12/20/24 post.   I agree that we need to know whether there will be a fix for iPhone users.  I have been using a Fitbit since before 2014 and the heart rate tracking features is critical to monitoring heart health.  If this isn't resolved, It seems iPhone users will need to find an alternative, but it is a bummer for those of us who have over a decade of data in the Fitbit app.  This is very frustrating.

Have you tried the change to 24 hour clock on your phone?
This didn’t work at first for me. But it actually did after a few attempts.

I had to
force close the app on the phone.
Take the Fitbit off the device link on the Fitbit app.
Restart the Fitbit.
Delete the Fitbit app on the phone.
Restart the phone
Download the app again and sign in
Reconnect the Fitbit to the app.

I may have done things in a different order each time I tried it.

Eventually it worked.

ps if you have another device like an iPad you can get the Fitbit app on that and it did work for me as a temp solution.

I've had the NO DATA message for several months.  Oddly, I did try the clock change today.  Went in my iphone settings to change date/time to 24 hour clock.  Then I closed Fitbit and restarted it.  Data graph was there!  I then changed clock back to 12 hour and the graph is still showing.  Looks like it solved my problem.

I’ve just tried it again for the first time for weeks and yes, the revised version of the graph was there but unfortunately disappeared as soon as I reverted to the 12 hour clock.
Fed up of the whole thing.

So I got it to work switching to 24 hr clock on phone.

Came back when I went back to 12 hr clock so stuck on 24 hr clock to get it to work.

Unlink Fitbit device from phone. Force close Fitbit app. Delete app from phone.
Restart phone and Fitbit. Make sure phone on 24 hr clock. Download app again to phone. Connect Fitbit to phone.

Took me a few attempts trying the steps in different order.

Good luck.

Brand new Charge 6, app shows 'no data' for my heart. The device itself is working with heart rate, it's just not getting onto my phone after a sync

I've tried deleting the watch and re-adding, didn't help.

All I know is that on iPhone, going to the 24 hour clock (deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting both phone and Fitbit) resolved the issue. Although I’m still forced to stay on the 24 hour clock to keep it working.

It’s diabolical. I will see this Fitbit out and then move onto another brand. Until this I have always been happy with Fitbit but not anymore. I feel that this issue is of no concern to the Company at all.
