Daily readiness changed

When I did the latest update, for two daysi had no readiness score. Then it appear on the watch but nothing on my phone.  Today it finally showed up on my phone but the screen has changed.  I am no longer getting the recommended zone minutes or the associated workouts.  Is there a new area that I need to go to, to get this info?

I emailed fitbit for an answer from them and they informed me they no longer offer email support.

So I guess there is no sense in paying for the premium any more

This photo, the phone on the left is my husband's phone and what his readiness looks like and what mine use to look like. The phone on the right is what my readiness score looks like now.

Hello @CBJ1

What you see on your phone is the new Readiness score. It matches what I get now.

Hello @CBJ1

It looks like your husband is not on the current version of the Fitbit app.

Just to let you know, the Moderators have a post stating that users need to update their Fitbit app before 30 Sep. If this is not done, they say that users could experience performance issues.

Here are the links to the posts for the iOS and Android Fitbit platforms

Hello @CBJ1

The current Android version is 4.26.1 and the current iOS version is 4.26

Is this what you have on your phones?

What phones do you and your husband have? And what OS version are they on?

I don't know what this means? We have Samsung Galaxy 9.

Hello @CBJ1

Thank you for letting us know that you have Galaxy 9 phones, which means you're using the Android version of the Fitbit app.

To check the version of your Fitbit apps, tap on your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page and select Help. You'll see the App version information on the Help page. If it doesn't show 4.26.1, that means you need to update the Fitbit app from the Play Store.

Hello @CBJ1

Thank you for confirming you're both on version 4.26.1.

I'm at a loss to explain why your husband's phone shows the older version of the Fitbit app.

Guess he's just lucky. The old version is much nicer than the new one. I
miss the recommended zone you should get
