Recently there was an update to replace the readiness score available to premium users only with "Daily readiness". The old thing worked well for me, but after the update it keeps asking me to wear device "for 7 more nights" over and over, across multiple days. The number never goes down.
I found the old readiness score feature really useful, so with this new feature not working, the Fitbit is much less helpful for me. How do I get it working?

Hi everyone. I'm sorry to hear that your Daily readiness keeps asking to wear device "for 7 more nights" for multiple days.
Please make sure to update your Fitbit app to the latest version in order to get it available (please be patient, it's been slowly rolling out, thank you).
Have a nice day!

Hello @AAkenteva and welcome to the Community. I didn't get the update yet. It is my understanding that your score needs to be recalibrated. Have you had the update for seven days?

I had the same (Fitbit Charge 6, premium user, wearing Fitbit almost 24/7). No readiness score.
Today again the notice to wear the Fitbit for seven days. But i saw the readiness score when i opened the tile and looked at week and month.
Changed the language from Dutch to English, got the readiness score in Today. Changed back to Dutch and kept the readiness score in Today. Maybe the language thing was a coincidence 😀
Yesterday's score is missing though. That was the day this feature got available for all users.

I have been using the readiness score every days for months and the same thing happened to met today. I’m hoping they fix it. They have the data so shouldn’t need 7 more days.

Hello @WendelPost
Thank you for your update and letting us know that you saw your Daily Readiness score after you changed the language to English. I'm so glad to see that you could still see the score after you changed the app back to your native language.
It looks like certain updated features weren't showing in the app for international users when these were first included in the app update. It seems the team has fixed the issue. Hopefully, all the new features will show in your app when it's in your native language.

Hello @AAkenteva , @ErichKru
I know there have been several recent issues on the Fitbit side that affected data syncing and data discrepancies. I'm wondering if these could be a factor for why you're not seeing a Daily Readiness score.
I saw that one of issues that might have been a factor to the syncing problem was recently fixed. However, I'm not sure that all the issues have been resolved yet. Even if all the problems have been fixed, it could still take some time for everything to show up properly in the app.
FWIW, I've seen some users report that they finally saw their new Daily Readiness score, although the app indicated it needed 7 days of data.

It’s not working for me either (inspire 2).I wear my Fitbit round the clock. I’ve had premium for years and all my history has gone too. I’ve tried other fixes I’ve found suggested such as removing the readiness tile and deleting the app but nothing has worked. Please sort it out Fitbit.

Thank you for the update @RiekoC!
So far it still says the same thing as before for me in the app (and it's def been more than 7 days now), but I just realised that I can see my readiness score on the device itself. It's still a shame I can't access the history of my readiness score on the app, but it's less of a problem for me now.
Cheers for confirming that it's a technical issue - for now I'll just wait and see if it starts working again in the app anytime soon

Sometimes I see a score on the device, sometimes not. When it is there, it isn’t until very late in the day, too late to be useful for planning activity.

Hi @AAkenteva
Thank you for letting us know that you're seeing the Readiness score on your device. That's very encouraging. I'm thinking that it should be very soon when you'll see your Readiness score in the Fitbit app.
BTW, when my Readiness score finally got re-calibrated & recalculated, I noticed that all my historical readiness scores were recalculated using the updated algorithm. So, don't be surprised when you see this in the Fitbit app.

Hello @vwdeem
It looks to me that the updated algorithm is still re-calibrating and recalculating your readiness score.
It's encouraging that you're seeing a score on your device, even if it's not consistent right now. I'm hoping that soon you'll soon see the readiness score in the morning, so you can better plan your activities.

When I open week and month it shows a score for Thursday, aka today only. But on day it shows - wear for 7 nights - which I have been doing for years!

My Sense device is and has been showing need 7 days calibrating. I am English language so this issue is nit resolved. I have been wearing my Charge every night for years.

First step make sure you’re up-to-date with the app. Still not working Try going to phone settings, app, Fitbit, storage…then ‘clear cache’ try that first. If still stuck on 7 days follow the same path but this time ‘clear data’ WARNING by clearing data you will need to know your password to log back into the Fitbit/google account.!!!!!

I have a charge 6, premium user, and once the daily readiness was available to all users, it no longer calculated for me. Fitbit app is updated, I’ve worn it to sleep for last 7 nights , and still no daily readiness score!
Please fix this!!
