My charge 5 died so I had to replace it with the charge 6. With the charge 6, I had to sign on with my Google account instead of my Fitbit account. I was disappointed to find out that my data did not transfer to my Google account. That seemed like an obvious thing that would happen! I contacted support, and I wasn't happy with their answer. I can still view my old data on my Fitbit account ... There should be a way to transfer it to my Google account but apparently there isn't.
