Date and time incorrect, fit needs to be reset

I tried to reset  date and time it is not working.  And hints?

Hello @Dkelly01 

Your Charge 6 should be getting the date & time from the phone/tablet that has your Fitbit app when the device & the app sync.

This help page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try to change the time on the Fitbit (<-- click link).

Please let us know if you're still having trouble getting the correct time & date on your Charge 6.
