Hi, I wanted to know does the Fitbit watch automatically reconnect to your phone if you're not in proximity of your phone for a certain period of time and come back near it later. Does the new update sort that out as I had to continuously reconnect my phone to my Fitbit watch after being away from it for a certain period of time/distance which is a big hassle.

Hi there, @Rdizzle.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and your efforts while working on this. While every update enhances the performance of our Fitbit devices, the sync function also depend on other factors such as having multiple Bluetooth connections nearby or not allowing the Fitbit app to run in the background. I understand you've tried some steps, but please check this help article which describes the proper conditions as well as some troubleshooting tips to get your Charge 6 syncing.

No worries its fine, I have been testing the issue I had before for a couple of days now and it seems that the new update has fixed the problem that I had which is amazing for me as I hated how I had to reconnect manual If I wasn't in proximity of my phone for a period of time.
