Did your Charge 6 come 0% battery out of the box?

Just got it, and the battery was 0% out of the box. This is rather weird for me to see with lithium batteries, that usually come at least 50% full to preserve battery health.

Hi, @hamesb2 , in my experience Fitbits usually arrive with 30% or more battery life, but I guess if it had a significant journey to get to you or had been on the shelf for a while it could arrive with little or no battery.  I would not be unduly concerned - occasional deep discharges will not do significant harm, although generally speaking it is a good idea to recharge your Fitbit when the battery goes below 20%.
