Difficulties with Charge 6

I realized earlier as I was walking that the hourly activity was not working on the watch itself and the app would not work either so I uninstalled it reinstalled it it would not connect to the Bluetooth, so I took it off the Bluetooth and now nothing at all is working the charger doesn't work at all I can't even charge the actual Fitbit and I can't do anything at all with my watch or the app I'm at a loss of do what to do

Just wanted to add that I still had the charging cable for my charge 5 so I tried that one to charge the charge 6 but that doesn't work either there's no way that I can connect anything and now I deleted everything the I don't have any devices connected at all and I can't install any because the charger doesn't work or actually it's not the charger really I guess it's the device itself that's not allowing me to charge because I tried another cable and which should work is the same cable for charge 5 and charge 6 so I don't know what to do right now. And I am anxiously waiting for someone to respond

Just an FYI, I just ordered a new one, can't wait forever to fix this one, which has been problematic since the last firmware update anyway. Always wonky to sync with app, app always registering more steps than the device . Pretty useless device!
