Disable Well Done - Notification

How can I disable this specific notification? I have every notification turned off I can find. Including AZM inside individual activities. I have set all goals such that I won’t reach them limits as well. It seems to go up in units of 50? Hourly steps, reminders to move all turned off. Thanks.
