Distance 0 on watch but not in app

My watch does not show distance anymore. It always shows 0. The app still shows a distance though. 5his happened recently. What I tried without success:

- disabled automatic stride length

- resetted the watch 

How can I get my Charge 6 to show the distance again?

Hi there, I got my charge 6 a few days ago - yesterday I woke up and my Fitbit app on my phone said I had done 4.4 KM at 7:30am when I had been asleep all night but my watch said I had done 0 KM

Then today my phone is counting the KM I’m doing, currently on 1.33KM but my watch shows 0 KM

 

Please help as I only got this a watch a few days ago and I am thinking about returning it - thanks
