I switch before bed for more stable sleep score. Might be just how i sleep.

@LiamTaylor1996 it shouldn't make a difference. I also wear a watch on my right wrist. With Sense, it annoyed me that I was pressing a button accidentally during sleep so random vibration was waking me up. On Charge 6, you can disable a button in settings so you won't have such a problem (when the tracker is on the right wrist the button faces your wrist which more likely can cause an accidental press).

As I stated, in my case it did make a difference. If you are having problems with readings it doesn't hurt to try. But if consistent overall then it's not necessary.
