Got my first Fitbit yesterday. Still learning how to use it. I go for two big walks a day. Do I have to activate active zone minutes everytime I go for a walk? Or can I just leave it? I want to track calories and my step count. Any help would be appreciated x

Hello @yugulje and welcome the Community. Your active zone minutes are based on your heart rate at the time. They are automatically counted as you earn them.
There is a lot of information to help you familiarize yourself with your Charge 6 right on your Fitbit app. Tap on the device/battery level icon in the upper left of your app. Tap on your Charge 6 tile. Tap on the bright pink How To Use icon.
