Does Fitbit have a version of Oura’s “rest mode?”

If you are familiar with the Oura ring, you likely know that the Oura app has “rest mode.” You can activate “rest mode” in the Oura app if needed (e.g., due to illness).

Anyway, I was just curious if Fitbit has something comparable to that. Something where you can let Fitbit know not to expect excerise or much activity from you due to illness, injury, etc.

Hello @bonelso2 and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but Fitbit doesn't have that feature.  Fitbit offers a Daily Readiness Score, a Premium feature (requires subscription) that looks at several metrics to suggest your activity level or whether you should focus on recovery.  But you can't tell your Fitbit that you are sick when it is suggesting you should go all out.
