Does the 2-minute EDA scan mean the total responses in 2 minutes?

My EDA scan responses for 2 minutes is usually lower than for 3 minutes.

Does it mean that it counts the total responses in 2 minutes or 3 minutes.

So I can't compare 2 of these because it's 1 minute extra?
