Does this spike look legitimate?

Hi all,

For some background mid 40s male, generally in good (I think).health, my recent middle age health check flagged most things as being average to above average (good in terms of health). Bloodwork seems to be relatively clear as well (have been tested for diabetes, thyroid and cortisol and am clear on all of them). Body weight is also right in the middle at the top end of my target weight.

The only thing I've been flagged on is a slightly elevated heart rate. Either way I went in for an ECG last week as a follow-up and I'll get the results this week. Ironically the same day I'm having lunch in the Office and I take my Charge 6 off when I have lunch (as I wash my hands a couple of times.where it usually involves meat with the lunch). I then put the Charge 6 back on and just sit there having a cup of Green Tea. Watch beeps (or otherwise I wouldn't know) to flag I've logged 50 zone minutes on the day. I think I must still be slightly elevated from before lunch perhaps (1km walk + flights of stairs at both ends). The watch shows 213 (first of 3 spikes shown) and the reading is moving up and down in 20s (I think me looking at it here didn't help). Either way I get 3 separate mini spikes in 14 minutes before it settles low for me. No accompanying symptom e.g. chest pains. Discussed it on the fitbit forums on Reddit and the general consensus is misreading but it is a little disconcerting. Someone suggests I can get the confidence data for the reading which I did here

Sorry for the quality but it basically shows the first spike where I go up 50bpm in about 15 seconds. The confidence rating throughout is 2 (which I'm not sure if that's legitimate or not legitimate?).

I got ECGs from the watch before lunch (ironically I do one before lunch most days usually) and got one when my rate returned to below 120 & both showed a normal rhythm. In fact it's never shown anything else since I've used it except occasionally inconclusive.

This has spooked me a bit though. Does this look legitimate though or signs of anything else or is this just a misreading?
