Beware of 15 day return window! Even if it’s a gift that was given at a later date, they will not accept the return. Been through three contacts at Google and all they say is that they will have someone higher up look at it. Fitbit used to be so good. Google is ruining it. And it seems like they know it and are trying to unload as many watches as possible. 15 day return is ridiculous. Beware!!

Hi @Aenock  retailers have varying return windows in which to get a refund or exchange. Best Buy is 14 days and so are most retailers in my (USA) area. As long as you have a receipt and notify Fitbit/Google within that time period, it would be no problem. If your friend got this for you, why not use it?
