Download data from Fitbit 4

I got a new Fitbit 6 set up with google email. I need to get data from my Fitbit charge 4 that has an aol email. I followed the instructions to sign in but it only accepts google accounts. I desperately need the data. Please let me know how to get it.  Thank you

I moved your post from the fitbit.com forum to the Charge 6 product help forum since that's the Fitbit you now have.

When you got your Charge 6, it should have prompted you to migrate your account to Google so that you can still have access data from your Charge 4.

There isn't anything that we can do to help you here. You might contact Support (<-- click link) to see if they can help you get your Fitbit accounts straightened out. Complete the prompts until you get the option to call or chat. I suggest talking to an agent by phone.

the charge 4&6 are  2 different accounts with different emails.  Shouldn’t I be able to log in separately? I was able to log into this chat with the charge 4 account.

it seems the app is google based and the charge 4 isnt google - its aol and it seems the app only allows google account.

My heart rate became extremely high 2 days ago - my doctor needs to see what it was last month.  

Very frustrating and info won’t be accessible after 9/30. Doesn’t seem to be a phone number - I’d love to call.

The problem that I see is that you created a new Google account when you set up your Charge 6 instead of migrating your account to a Google account. Had you migrated your Fitbit account, you would have had access to your Charge 4 data.

The Support link I provided in my previous response should give you the phone number for Support.
