Please can someone help me - I'm tearing my hair out. I see that the web based Dashboard has disappeared when you log on to Fitbit.com and it keeps referring me to the App. I'm not on Premium (do I need to be?). How on earth do I now download my data in to a spreadsheet like I used to? I need it for an appointment I'm going to. I've tried everything on my App (on my Android phone) and can't find any option to do this. Am I going completely mad!

We are constantly reassessing the features offered by our products to provide our members with a better holistic view of their health and well-being. To do this, we sometimes need to update our technology to make these improvements. We are working to improve the overall experience of our products.
Currently, you don't need to be a premium member to export your data. Instead, you can follow the steps from our help article How do I export my Fitbit data?
